I know how important it is to ensure that your privacy is protected. I’ll ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when you complete my contact form. This is only really so I know your name and can email you back.
I ask for your location too, and a bit of information about your enquiry. The reason for this is to give me some context when following up with you, and to ensure we are a good fit for working together.

What do I do with it?
I’ll keep this information during the enquiry process to follow up with you. If you go ahead and book me to photograph your business or event, this data is also added to some slick studio management software called Pixieset, which is used to manage your booking, provide contracts and take deposits. I will also store your images on here.

Again this is indefinitely for future reference to our contracts and invoicing you will always have access to this information.
Photos are also classed as personal data so it's important that I tell you about how I store and use those. The photos (copyright owned by The Lauren Drage Photography) from your commission working with us will be stored indefinitely offline on hard drives and online via Pixieset (Pixieset Privacy Policy) the reason for storage is so that you can always come to your private link if you lose your copies.
The photos will be used in the following places for the marketing of The Lauren Drage Photography (please state at time of booking if you wish for the photos to remain private); The Facebook business page of Lauren Drage Photography (Facebook Privacy Policy) Instagram business page of Lauren Drage Photography (Instagram Privacy Policy) and the blog of Lauren Drage Photography, hosted by Squarespace (Squarespace Privacy Policy) The photos will not be shared with any third party blogs or publications without prior discussion with you the client.
The photos will also be shared with various print suppliers should you the client request to have an album or any other printed product.
